Center of Quality Catering Services

OUR MISSION

Provide and Promote Provision of Quality Catering services in the Institute.

Catering Section is under the Dean of Students. The core function of the section is to provide catering services in the Institute (The services are inclusive of Cafeteria, Workshops, Seminars and Meetings)

The section is governed by the following core values:-

Cafeteria Operations

The section operates a Cafeteria on an automated Pay As You Eat System (P.A.Y.E). The Cafeteria is a non- profit making business. A variety of dishes are offered which are individually priced and quite affordable as the prices are subsidized.

The section operates daily on two shifts:-

  • Morning shift reports at 4.30am and checks out at 2.00pm
  • Afternoon shift reports at 12noon and checks out at 8.00pm

During the academic calendar, the Cafeteria operates from Monday to Sunday inclusive of public holidays. Cafeteria operation hours as follows:-

  • BREAKFAST 6.00 AM – 9.00 AM
  • LUNCH 12:00 (Noon) – 3.00 PM
  • SUPPER 6.00 PM – 8.00 PM
